As a first time home owner, I had many questions and difficulties along the home purchase process. Luckily, I had Jess Skinner who really spearheaded the search process for me. The house I was looking suppose to fit my needs and busy lifestyle and she customized the search for me. When I was visiting my family overseas she found a perfect match (which was during the Christmas break, I was really touched that she was working hard to thinking about me during that time). We did a FaceTime virtual home tour with her. I trust her a lot and she gained that trust along the four month house search. Now moved in my new place and enjoying my cup of tea in the morning I am thankful to her and Kahler Team for their excellent process. I also have to note that their financial partners are also extremely knowledgable and through. I had many questions during the mortgage process as I was new, she answered tirelessly and still helping me after the purchase.
